President and Founder Dr. Manuel Tigerino 

•   Ordained Inter-Denominational Minister with 50 years of Leadership and Pastoral experience and founder of over thirty churches worldwide.
•   Advisor for the City of Cuautla, Morelos State, Mexico, in the 1970’s and 80’s, teaching Criminology to the city’s Police Department. 
•   President of Unidos Por Jesucristo Inc., and Hispanic Ministerial Alliance, an association of Latin Ministers from Southern California, currently representing over 2000 congregations and religious institutions of different denominations.
•   Advisor of the Executive Council of Inter-Faith for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.      
•   Founder of Hispanic United Relief (HUR), a non-profit humanitarian relief organization.      
•   Founder of Rhema Christian Center, located in Inglewood California where he is currently serving as Senior Pastor  with his wife and family.      
•   President-Founder of Latin University of Theology Inc., a Theological Studies University, centrally located in Inglewood, California with extensions in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
•   Advisor to state and city officials regarding matters of crime and youth intervention, and creator of church assisted outreach programs targeted at affecting positive change in our communities.
•   President of Mentorship Community Connection Inc., a Church derived group of mentors serving as role models to assist the Los Angeles Police Department by providing positive role models the in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
•   Founding member of Alma Vision Network Television, a 24 - hour - a - day Christian Spanish network, and  founding member of Radio TV-Zion 1580 AM.
